EXCELLENT!! Sometimes it is difficult to find someone that will give you an honest estimate and do quality work. However, James is the exception! Owner is a wonderful individual. I thought I had a post-tension foundation problem and so I asked James come evaluate my home/foundation. Extremely pleasant and knowledgeable individual. He spent over 2hrs inspecting and assessing every structural aspect of my home. In the end, I was told I did not need his services. He then told me very clearly the types of things I needed do going forward, to hopefully avoid needing his services in the future. IMO, it is very rare to find a tradesman that will actually tell you that you don’t need to do any work with them.
